All ID cards must be scannable as required by the Cannabis Control Tax Act (CRTA). Identification includes government-issued identification, state ID, driver’s license, registration card issued under the Military Service Selection Act, or ID issued to a member of the armed forces, or by government-issued ID card. Must contain other valid issued. A valid ID must be unexpired and include a photo and date of birth. In addition, passports are also acceptable, but all passports are classified as “out of state” unless accompanied by a second ID showing the purchaser’s current address. Also, your passport must be scannable to enter the store and purchase cannabis products.
